This is the interim website of the Vitality Partnership, a new kind of NHS body formed from the merger of several local GP practices, with the core focus of improving patient service and care.
Established in June 2009, the partnership has grown steadily and currently serves approximately 35,000 patients, operating from 5 sites under contract with the Heart of Birmingham Teaching Primary Care Trust.
